12 Angry Agents

This workshop is a role-play simulation of a trial based on the courtroom drama “12 Angry Men” (1975), where 12 AI Agents (jury) will judge the quality of an architectural piece of evidence (case). Each participant will develop an Agent to evaluate this case based on their own value system, achieving 12 unique and confronted arguments. An additional Agent (client) will then collect all 12 arguments to determine whether or not the project must proceed (verdict). A final session will follow to discuss the potential of MLLM-Evaluators to embody qualitative, domain-specific values and enhance decision-making across design and fabrication.
