Self-Guide Labs and Sights Tour

This tour has been designed as a low-cost, self-guided tour to see key architectural sights, important locations, and to provide access to several impressive labs and research facilities in the Zurich Region.

Participants will receive a prepared map and instructions on how to visit many significant architectural and technology-inspired locations that are easily reached by public transport. Participants will also be issued a “Zurich-Card” transport pass (good for 24hrs within the city of Zurich) across all zones, with free or reduced price access to many Zurich museums and institutions.  Finally, the tour includes times and
arrangements for several key “open house” visits – guided tours of key labs and locations, including the Robotic Fabrication Lab and the Immersive Design Lab at ETH Zurich, EMPA NEST, DFAB HOUSE, HiLo, Step2, and others.

This tour is self-arranged and only the open-house times are scheduled, allowing for strong flexibility for your own timing and pace.
