Key Information:

• Wednesday May 20 - Workshops and Welcome Reception
• Thursday May 21 - Conference Day 1
• Friday May 22 - Conference Day 2 and Closing Party
• Saturday May 23 - Technical Tours

Registration ticket are priced in three categories:

NEW: Early registration discount extended to March 22! 

• Student (up to and including PhD students),
• Academic  (non-student academic)
• Industry (professionals, representatives or employees of commercial or non-educational institutions).

Proof of student or academic eligibility may be requested at symposium badge collection.  

Please note the following:

• Registration is made on-line using the external external page Ticketpark platform (you will be redirected)
• The symposium is limited to a total of 500 registrations.
• Early Bird registration tickets are limited to 350 total -or- 22 March 2026 (extended date), whichever comes first.
• Regular price, full-registration tickets will be offered from 23 March to 15 May 2026, or until the maximum limit is reached.
• Registration is NOT complete until full payment is made, and participants have received thier CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Your CONFIRMATION EMAIL is your proof of registration. To collect your symposium badge participants will be asked for this email as proof of purchase upon arrival at the symposium registration desk.
